In this concept for an estate agent, the brief called for a straightforward, text-based logo featuring the company name.  To add a unique touch, I combined the first letters of the name into a brandmark that could work alongside the logo text or stand alone as a recognisable symbol.

Additionally, the client needed a distinct look for their premium property listings, so I developed a “signature” brand with subtle colour adjustments and elegant signature - style text to differentiate it from the main brand.  Brochure designs were created for both brands, providing the estate agent with versatile, high-end materials to appeal to various market segments.  This dual-brand approach delivers a cohesive look across different property tiers, enhancing their brand’s appeal and flexibility.
